Company Mission in the field of
Personal Protective Equipment and Textiles

The company mission aims to introduce participants to a group of Swedish high tech companies in the field of personal protective equipment with focus on textiles. The companies are located in the Borås region, a textile centre of Scandinavia.

The first day we will visit the Swedish School of Textiles and the Smart Textiles Initiative will be presented. Smart Textiles is a centre for innovation, development, technology, design and specialized production of next generation's textiles and support the cluster of textile companies in the region.

All invited companies are welcome to make a short elevator pitch of their company.
In the afternoon, one or two Swedish companies, well-known for their personal protective equipment will make a presentation. A well organised matchmaking event will be carried out to serve you in new possible business opportunities. Companies from the Swedish textile cluster searching for cooperation partners will be invited.

During the second day we will go to Kinna, 30km from Borås, to visit TST Sweden AB and have some of their advanced products demonstrated. The company is internationally well-known and they develop personal protective equipments for fire, heat, chemicals and cooling. In Kinna we will also visit Industri-Textil Job AB and their facilities. They have their entire production chain in-house from fibre to finished product. They develop, manufacture and market innovative high tech functional textile materials.
