Transnational Technology Transfer Day POLEKO 2009

Enterprise Europe Network B2Europe West Poland is organising a brokerage event - Transnational Technology Transfer Day POLEKO 2009. The event will take place in Poznan on 25 November 2009 within the International Ecological Fair POLEKO.

POLEKO is the largest show of environmental protection and municipal services in the New Europe. As a leader in the region, POLEKO is a unique platform for meetings of contractors coming from Eastern and Western Europe. The fair is very popular among foreign companies.

Last year's POLEKO, held under the auspices of the Minister of the Environment, was larger than its previous very successful edition and attracted almost 1,000 exhibitors and represented companies from 21 countries - Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, the Netherlands, Japan, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United States. The exposition is annualy divided into the following sections:

- WATER and WASTE WATER
- waste, RECYCLING, Cleaning and MAINTENANCE
- ENERGY AND RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES
- AIR, NOISE AND VIBRATIONS
- Measurement and control equipment
- ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION

Rich international offers presented by the exhibitors attract crowds of visitors from almost all over the world. The show was visited by over 23,000 people from 32 countries.
