SALONE DEL GUSTO - Partnering Event im Bereich Ernährung

For the first time in Torino, on the occasion of the present edition of Salone del Gusto, the ALPS Enterprise Europe Network organises a one-day session aimed at favouring the creation of technology transfer partnerships in the field of Agrofood.

The event offers European SMEs, large industries, research centres and organisations of excellence a unique opportunity to offer and/or search for competencies and technologies in the concerned sector.

It represents the most important Italian event in the concerned sector where European technology developers and users can meet for establishing new contacts, strengthen collaboration links and keeping updated with the most advanced technology progress.
The technology partnership event will focus the following fields:

1. food safety: technologies for product traceability and quality control;
2. eco-production: sustainable innovative processes for recycling and re-utilisation of production waste, intelligent management of energy in food production; 
3. eco-packaging: innovative materials, products and processes for food packaging.
