Brokerage Event Chemie und Biotechnologie für Erneuerbare Ressourcen und Energien auf der ACHEMA 2009

ACHEMA is the world’s leading event for chemical engineering and the process industries, with more than 4,000 exhibitors from 50 countries and 180,000 visitors. In 2009, ACHEMA is once again set to spark off trend-setting impulses for developments, worldwide contacts and new business networks.

During the exhibition, the special show “Chemistry and Biotechnology for Renewable Resources and Energy” will showcase the most recent contributions from chemical engineering and biotechnology to the sustainable utilization of renewable resources.
On this occasion Enterprise Europe Network Hessen in co-operation with partners from the network is organising an international brokerage event covering the topics of the show, such as:
- Technologies for the use of renewables, both as raw materials or energy carriers
- Industrial (“white“) biotechnology
- Chemical and thermal processes
- Plants for the production of biofuels and biogas, biorefineries
- Pulping and separation techniques for biogenous material
offering stakeholders from science and industry a platform to share innovative technologies and initiate cross border co-operations.

The brokerage event will take place on 11 + 12 May 2009 in hall 4.2 at the exhibition grounds of Messe Frankfurt am Main. Participation is free of charge.
