Business Trip to the International Advanced Water Technologies Centre (IAWTC),
St. Petersburg, 31st May – 1st June 2012

The event is organized by IAWTC in collaboration with the Sue Vodokanal St. Petersburg and Lahti Science and Business Park inviting European partners and interest groups from the EcoCluP -project and BSR StarDust –project´s Clean Water –pilot to learn about the water related opportunities in St. Petersburg and Russia, and also to network with each other
and the Russian water industry.

Preliminary program :

Day 1, 31st May
IAWTC Seminar
9 am – 5 pm
Free participation at the IAWTC -seminar targeted to management and technical staff of water treatment plants of Vodokanals of Russia. Preliminary topics of the seminar: Operation of water supply plants and removal of pollutants. Laboratory analyses.
Day 2, 1st June
Russia – Europe Cooperation in Water Technologies – Seminar
9.00 am – 12.00 am
- Keynote speakers from participating organisations and companies
- Panel discussion (the European water related companies have a chance to present
themselves)
Networking lunch
12.00 am – 2.00 pm
Visit tour
2.00 pm – 4.00 pm
- Site visit to Museum complex "The Universe of Water" and presentation of SUE Vodokanal of St. Petersburg
